Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our Surcee boxes, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges of a box or of any individual items contained in the box – all sales are final.  Cancellations of the next box must be received no later than 30 days prior to the renewal date of the next box (which can be viewed in your account login) – cancellations received after the 30-day notice period will not be honored until the following season’s box.  No claims, representations or warranties, whether express or implied, are made by us as to the safety, reliability, durability and performance of any of the products contained in the box.  Further, products are meant to be used for their intended purposes only and we are not responsible or liable for any damages or injuries caused by unintended use.
